APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Each time before use, a condom (for ultrasound) must be put on the massage balloon of the device (1) and liberally lubricated with a water-based cosmetic product. Using your index and thumb, take the working chamber (1 — see diagram) by the flange and carefully insert it into the anus until it stops with the flange (a).

Gently squeezing the blower (3) by hand, inflate the cylinder (1) of the apparatus so that the arrow on the manometer (2) reaches a division of 200-210 mm. rt. Art. (red zone), to the state of its disclosure.

Attention! If the working chamber (1) of the device does not open, check if the check valve (4) of the blower (3) is closed. Close the non-return valve (4) if necessary.

PRODUCT OPERATION PROCEDURE

Massage is carried out due to external influence — short-term air supply to the open working chamber (1). To do this, you need to pick up the pulsator (5) and briefly squeeze it with your hand (with an interval of 1-2 seconds) open the massage balloon (1) as much as possible, but at the same time it is necessary to resist its expansion by the internal muscles of the anal sphincter. When using the pulsator, be sure to hold the blower with your free hand. The duration of the lesson is 5 — 10 minutes daily for 2 weeks. This exercise restores the muscle memory of the pelvic organs, improves blood and lymph supply, and improves the nutrition of the body at the cellular level.

To consolidate the positive results of the first exercise, it is necessary to control the compression force of the pelvic floor muscles using a feedback pressure gauge (2), while it is necessary to strive, as much as possible, to deflect the pressure gauge needle when the pelvic floor muscles are straining. The ability to squeeze the muscles to deflect the needle on your machine’s gauge as much as possible confirms that you are using the correct muscle group. The duration of this exercise is 3-10 minutes daily for 2 weeks.

Remember that you cannot pump the working chamber with a blower more than the mark on the pressure gauge 200-220 mm Hg.

Try to stay relaxed. Once you have successfully located the correct muscles, then it is a matter of technique: you need to alternately tense and relax the muscles.

After the procedure, you need to remove the device from the body cavity. This requires:

• Open the check valve (4) of the blower (3) and lower the working end of the massager (1)
• After the massage balloon (1) returns to its original state, take the flange with your index finger and thumb and gently pull.

Pregnancy is a contraindication to the use of the device.
