Instructions for use

• Insert the blue holder into the mouthpiece of the mouthguard, then place it in the container.
• Pour hot water (70-80 C) to the brim.
• Wait 15-25 seconds, then remove.
• Gently shake off excess liquid and insert into mouth. Position it as you like and clench your teeth, holding it with your fingers in front and on the sides so that the rubber fits well.
• Pull out after you feel that the print is successful.
• Cool in cold water to set.
• Get rid of the holder.

It is made of colorless food-grade EVA material that can remember and change shape, so if you are not satisfied with the resulting impression, repeat the steps above again.
