Method of application

• Before the procedure, take a comfortable sitting position in a chair.
• Put the collar around your neck
• Adjust the collar according to the thickness of the neck and fasten the buckles
• Turn the valve on the pear clockwise.
• Using a pear, inflate the collar with air until you feel comfortable.
• For the first week, it is recommended to carry out procedures for 5 minutes 2 times a day, while not pumping up the collar too much. Then gradually increase the time of the procedure up to 30 minutes (adding 5 minutes every week) and also gradually increase the tension force
• At the end of the procedure, gradually open the valve on the pear, thus slowly releasing the air from the collar.
• When all the air comes out of the collar, unfasten the fasteners and remove the collar
